Allan Rice
Coach Rice is the Head Varsity Lacrosse Coach at Leon High School. A competitive and well-regarded coach, Allan Rice is in his 17th season, fifth season coaching Lacrosse, at Leon and has served as the Boy's Varsity Soccer Coach and science teacher. Coach Rice is a native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and graduated from Lock Haven State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Biology. He earned his Masters Degree in Science Education and his Educational Specialist Degree in Science Education from Florida State University. He is the Leon High School Science Department Chairman and teaches Honors Chemistry and A.P. Environmental Sciene. He has been selected as District Coach of the Year five times. Chuck Ringel
Coach Chuck Ringel was born in Derby, Connecticut and attended Holy Cross High School in Waterbury, Connecticut. He graduated from Florida State University in 1995 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business and received his Master's Degree in Education from Southern Connecticut State University in 1999. He was the Wrestling Assistant Coach at Godby, and has been the Head Coach of Leon Wrestling since 2003. He has taught at both the elementary and secondary school levels, and teaches math at Leon. He played recreational lacrosse for several years in Connecticut. ringelc@leonschools.net

Luke Ihnen
Luke Ihnen was born in Liberal, Kansas but spent most of his childhood in Sebastian, Florida. He played lacrosse for four years at Sebastian River High School, where he was captain his senior year. Luke earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Social Science and a Masters degree in Political Science from Florida State University. Currently, he is a Program Manager with the American Lung Association in Florida and works in Gadsden County, but eventually plans to run for office. Luke loves to read history, politics and philosophy and is a sports fanatic. Luke has been an Assistant Coach with Leon High School since its inaugural season and enters his fourth season as the midfield coach, box coach, and offensive assistant. luke.ihnen@gmail.com
Assistant Coach
Brook Chase
Brook Chase was born and raised in Syracuse, New York. He graduated Syracuse University in 1990 and was a member of three National Championship Lacrosse teams in 1988, 1989 and 1990. Today he continues to play Lacrosse for the Jacksonville Club Team. Coach Chase has coached both Lacrosse and hockey since graduating from college, and is a certified Lacrosse official in New York State. He recently opened ESMS Sports in Tallahassee, a full service retailer for both Lacrosse and soccer equipment and apparel, located in Village Commons. He also maintains a home office in Syracuse as a Structured Settlement Consultant. Coach Chase enjoys coaching and giving back to the game that has given so much to him, both on and off the field and joined the Leon Lacrosse coaching staff for the third season. brookchase2@gmail.com
